Join the South West Communities Chamber of Commerce for Virtual Networking with a Special Spotlight on Julie Kreider of the Franchise Consulting Company on March 9th, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.. We’ll introduce you to Julie Kreider of the Franchise Consulting Company and let you in on all the ins and outs of franchising and how it could be your next business move. Then we’ll start one-minute commercials where you can talk about you and all that you do. Finally, we’ll breakout into mini-sessions where you can talk business building with other members and friends of the chamber. Network smart in 2021. 
 
 
About Julie Kreider- 
 
Julie is no stranger to franchise operations having successfully built and operated multiple Domino’s Pizza Franchises for 20 years. Having helped two of her former managers achieve their dreams of becoming franchise owners was one of her most rewarding accomplishments. Prior to that, she spent 15 years in restaurants learning the importance of customer service, product quality and consistency and how to stand out in this competitive marketplace. She has successfully thrived in both rural and metropolitan environments, opening the first two Domino’s in Manhattan, New York.
 
Her strengths including hiring, training, site selection, lease negotiations, obtaining financing, marketing and she knows all about the day to day requirements of being a franchise owner. Understanding the importance of matching people to businesses, she is excited about the opportunity of aiding others in their selection of the many available sectors of franchise ownership.
 
As there are so many diverse opportunities available from home-based franchise businesses, boutique fitness franchises, home health care franchises, home/improvement franchises, restaurants, and countless other business models Julie is anxious to introduce candidates to franchises that best match their experience, education, geographic location, financial and personal expectations. Defining your short and long term goals a franchise owner, it is remarkably rewarding to watch yourself succeed.

As she builds the model that is right for you, Julie will work tirelessly to find the best avenue for obtaining such financing,
 
Much like how a realtor understands the careful importance of finding someone a safe, comfortable home that will suit their needs for years to follow, Julie treats her clients’ decisions in the franchise world with the utmost prudence to ensure they are committing to a business model with the highest likelihood of success.
