Dave Oshlag is President of Project Marketing Associates and CEO of W5 Templates. He has clients throughout the U.S. who have benefitted from his recommendations to improve processes to be more efficient and effective in marketing. A specialty is Customer Relationship Management (CRM), leveraging technology to improve quality and efficiency of client engagement. Dave will discuss the importance of good customer relationship management and how technology is enabling small businesses to do this more effectively.

The South West Communities Chamber Of Commerce Is A Strong, Pro-Business Membership Organization Serving Business And Our Communities For Almost 100 Years. The Unique Home Of The Chamber Is A 110 Year Old Building, Once A West Penn Power Substation, Located On Washington Pike (Rt. 50) In Collier Township. The Building Was Restored Through The Donated Efforts Of Members And Area Business Twenty-Five Years Ago. The South West Communities Chamber is open to members anywhere in the South West Region including Allegheny and Washington County.
