Join the South West Regional Chamber of Commerce for our upcoming Impactful Women: Women of Empowerment. Joining us will be Maria Allshouse, Healthy Lifestyle Coaching and Corporate Wellness, Niki Campbell, Founder and CEO, The Flourish Group, and Sheila Hyland, Co-Founder, FosterHyland and Associates. This event will focus on fostering impactful interpersonal relationships, personal growth and wellness and honing in on the empowered executive mindset. Network with other professionals focused on growth, prosperity and self-empowerment. The South West Regional Chamber of Commerce will have an exciting announcement for 2024 as well.

About Maria Allshouse:
After being down-sized in 2017 at age 50 from a 23-plus-year corporate career in marketing and branding, Maria made a life-changing decision to take the path of entrepreneurship to help others who, like her, had struggled with years of disordered eating, and chronic dieting. Her remarkable story of overcoming a lifetime struggle with disordered eating and releasing 130 pounds is as inspiring as it is engaging. With warmth and humility, she describes her journey from someone who was barely surviving to a completely revitalized individual thriving as an award-winning fitness athlete, Olympic triathlete, corporate leader, community champion, and two-time award recipient of Woman of the Year and Excellence in Health and Fitness.
Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in business and communication and is a Precision Nutrition Certified Master Coach, an international organization comprised of the world’s top health, nutrition, sleep, and stress management experts, and a Keynote Speaker. In addition, she is a Certified Master Trainer for the University of Pittsburgh Diabetes Prevention Program and a member of the Women’s Speakers Association. Maria has delivered inspiring presentations educating individuals from all backgrounds. Some of her topics include, Choosing Grace Over Guilt, Stop Pressing the Pause Button, and 6 Steps to Igniting Wellness for Life.
Her company’s mission is to inspire profound positive change in individuals and corporate environments, empowering them to unlock their full potential and lead healthy lives of purpose, fulfillment, and vitality. Through her holistic approach, her company offers transformative programs that nurture personal growth, enhance well-being, and cultivates a thriving workplace culture.
In her personal time, Maria enjoys connecting with nature exploring the many trails of Pittsburgh, and spending time with her granddaughter doing what she loves most, being a “Ga Ga”.
About Niki Campbell:
Founder & CEO, The Flourish Group
After more than 20 years as a communications executive, Niki Campbell made a midlife career change to take control of her own health and help others who, like her, had neglected their well-being in pursuit of a successful career.
At the age of 44, she went back to school to complete a degree in nutrition and obtain a masters in health and human performance. Her training also includes certifications in health coaching and personal training. With this education and a passion for helping others, she launched The Flourish Group in 2019 to provide nutrition, fitness and lifestyle coaching to individuals, and wellness consulting to organizations.
Her company’s approach to wellness –The Five Foundations of Flourishing – is rooted in simple, safe, and sustainable lifestyle habits that are meant to last a lifetime. Their clients enjoy results such as more restful sleep, high levels of energy, increased strength and mobility, and more confidence and professional success.
A native of the Pittsburgh region, Niki lives in the Cranberry area with her husband and dog Jeter. When she’s not running her business, you can find her teaching as an adjunct faculty at Chatham University or spending time doing the things she loves most – cooking, entertaining, traveling and spending time with her family.
About Sheila Hyland, FosterHyland:
Co-Founder FosterHyland & Associates
Sheila Hyland has more than 20 years of on-air television and speaking experience working as a news anchor, reporter, and managing editor for major network affiliates including ABC, CBS and FOX. She co-founded FosterHyland & Associates, an agency specializing in media training, executive coaching, presentation & talent coaching, and crisis communications. Ms. Hyland also provides on-air talent services for various corporate and institutional clients, including her role as a national and regional host for Comcast Newsmakers and as co-host of the Larry Richert: Unfiltered podcast with Jim Krenn.
Hyland is the operations manager for Luminari, a nonprofit focusing on educational programs for teenagers, she is a founding board member of Pittsburgh Children’s Advocacy Center, and is a member of Pittsburgh Professional Women.
Ms. Hyland lives in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and has two grown children.
