How to Create a Ticket Link for South West Website
Create a Product (Under Woo Commerce):
Add New
Add Event Name Under Product Name
Step Two:
Scroll to Bottom and Put in Graphic and Description Under Product Short Description
Place Graphic in the Short Description by Clicking Add Media Button
Choose from Graphics Already in Media Gallery or Upload
Step Three:
Scroll to Middle Section- Product Data
Change- Product Data Pull Down Menu to Variable Product
Click Attributes
Click Add Button on Custom Product Attribute Pull Down Menu
Add Name ( example: Register or Tickets)
Under Value Put the Name of Each Ticket Separated by the Vertical Bar ( | ) Under the Backspace Button
Click Used for Variations
Click Save Attributes
Step Four:
Click Variations
Click Add Variations Pull Down Menu
Click Create Variations from All Attributes
Click Ok
Click on Row Of Ticket You Would Like to Add Price
Add Price in Regular Price
Variation: If You Would Like to Add a Sale Date and Price Put it in the Box on the Right and Click Schedule Button to Schedule
You Can Also Change Whether the Ticket is Still Available Under Stock Status. Click to Out of Stock to Hide the Ticket from the Public.
Step Five:
After You Put in Ticket Prices Go to Side Bar and Click: TM Extra Product Options
Click Upper Right Corner Under Settings
Click the Box that Says Global Registration Form
Step Six:
Under Product Categories Box on Right Upper Side Bar Click Program Information and Registration Box

Publish
Step Eight:
Share Link
Link at Top of Page is the Link you Will Send to People to Directly Register. Also add this link to the Calendar Page along with the Graphic and Event Description. Pro Tip: Right Click the Link and Open in New Window to Save it for the Calendar Description
