Countdown to Compliance: Understanding the Corporate Transparency Act & Beneficial Ownership Information Reports
On January 1, 2024, the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) became law. Under the CTA, all non-exempt domestic and registered foreign entities have within 90 days of formation to file Beneficial Ownership Information Reports (BOI Reports) and all other qualifying entities formed prior to January 1, 2024 have until January 1, 2025 to file. Join Jaclyn Faulds and Maura Perri as they explain what businesses need to know about compliance with the CTA and how to file BOI Reports before your company’s filing deadline.
