    About Shawn Fertitta –

    Co-Founder, Reiki Master and Meditation guide. Shawn has been meditating over twenty years and the power of mindfulness has proven life-altering. Shawn’s mindfulness practice ebbed and flowed over the years and eventually Shawn suffered with deep depression until he hit rock bottom. His loving wife suggested he get back to meditation. The long, hard journey of self-discovery led Shawn to finally living an authentic life. With a daily practice, Shawn now lives with immense gratitude and happiness. Now, he hopes to share the power of mindfulness and make it accessible for everyone. Each and every person has the ability and the right to be happy and know they are enough!

    Dr. Ben Fraudin is a second-generation chiropractor born and raised in Upper St. Clair. He has been under chiropractic care by his father, Dr. George Fraudin, since birth. Dr. Ben completed undergraduate studies at Duquesne University and then fished Chiropractic studies at New York Chiropractic College

    After graduating, Dr. Ben moved back to the South Hills and joined Fraudin Advanced Chiropractic and Rehab, founded by his father. He enjoys continuing his education in Chiropractic field and is passionate in making sure his patients get healthier and maintaining their wellness.

    About Jill: 
     
    Jill has worked in the healthcare profession for many years, starting with direct patient care before elevating to management and administration. Her professional journey was supported by a holistic wellness lifestyle, which included aerobic exercise, biking, hiking and various other forms of physical fitness. When she first discovered yoga, the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits were nothing short of miraculous, and she realized she wanted to teach yoga and share this amazing practice with others.
    Indigo Yoga Loft is the result of Jill and her life and business partner Matt Baker’s years of personal discovery and hard work. Health and mindfulness are Jill’s passions, and she is dedicated to helping you realize your own personal wellness goals.
    Before opening Indigo Yoga Loft, Jill worked for various yoga studios, wellness and fitness clubs throughout the Pittsburgh area. She has an Associate of Science (AS), Radiologic Technology/Science – Radiographer, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She is a registered yoga teacher with her 200 hour training completed at Stray Dog Yoga in Wexford PA and is completing her certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in May of 2017.
     
    Jill is a certified level one Yoga Tune Up® instructor and is available for private and group teaching.
    Jill’s passion is to inspire others to be their radiant selves, by trusting their intuition, being authentic and incorporating healthy foods and choices into their lives. She believes that everyone has a unique path towards wellness and appreciates individuality and choice!

    About Matt Lichtenstein:

    I’ve played for a lot of teams throughout my athletic career. I came to Edward Jones to help coach yours. Born and raised in Pittsburgh from a family of small business owners and college athletes, I built our Edward Jones practice to serve the financial needs of hard working families and local entrepreneurs like those who raised me. Our practice is our “extended family”, and there’s no end to how hard we work for those we care about. As an student-athlete, I was never the tallest, fastest, smartest, or strongest player on the field or in the classroom, but I knew how to outwork everyone. I earned a Bachelor’s degree and an Ivy League Football Championship at Princeton University; a Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School; and an Attorney’s license from the State of Pennsylvania after passing the PA Bar Exam. I began my professional career as an associate for the Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights group of a downtown Pittsburgh law firm. While representing large corporate debtors, small business creditors and consumer debtors, I learned how to restructure and remediate both corporate and personal finances. I chose Edward Jones to expand upon my passion for helping others, to use their wealth of resources to provide that same level of professional service and ethical responsibility to our clients, and to use Edward Jones’ established process to achieve our clients’ financial goals. Throughout the year you can find me participating in community festivals, volunteering for the Allegheny County Bar Association, lifting weights at the local gym, bowling, golfing and spending time with our growing family. I currently reside in Green Tree, PA with my wife, Riley, a senior procurement analyst and Miami University graduate, our son Landon and our dog “Bourbon”.

    Forecasting the Future 2028 is a special event that has been coordinated by the South West Communities Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Bethel Park Chamber to discuss the future of our region as forecast in the year 2028. Our chambers have selected a team of experts to present their forecast in the sectors of healthcare, economy, finance and technology that will take a look at how today’s action will impact the regions future.. Forecasting the Future 2028 will take place at the Crown Plaza Suites Pittsburgh South on April 18th from 7:30 to 10:30 am.

    Our presenters include healthy topics presenter Dr. Tara Grahovac, MD of St. Clair Hospital, technology advancement with Amy Halter Vice President of Accion Labs,  Chief Financial Officer Janelle Skelley, Allegheny Conference and Stephanie Pashman of the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce.

    The biggest networking mixer of the summer is coming up this July on the Gateway Clipper, so step off the dock and onto the boat ya landlubbers.

    Join us on Monday, July 22 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on The Gateway Clipper with thirteen other Pittsburgh area Chambers for one of the largest mixers of the year! The boat will be docked from 5:00-6:00 p.m. At 6:00 p.m. the boat will leave the dock to take a river cruise from 6:00-7:00 p.m. The boat will then be docked again from 7:00-8:00 p.m. Enjoy an evening of networking, food and beverages.
